Establishing Mechanism-Revealed Scales Relativity Theory

Mechanism-Revealed Physics (3/40) ------ By Bingcheng Zhao

Mechanism-Revealed Scales Relativity Theory (MRSRT): due to the effect of OMDPW-caused Mass Consumption (P. 118 ~ 122, 1.7, Ch.1B, reference #1; note, OMDPW = object’s mass doing positive work), the scales of mass, length and time in a same moving inertial frame are all reduced at a same rate with respect to the scales in stationary inertial frame. MRSRT determines why and how mass, length and time are variable thus relative by discovering the relation in their scales among different inertial frames. As a result, MRSRT mechanistically thus essentially unifies the concepts of mass, length and time by identifying that the cause of relative mass, length and time rests with the relativity of their scales (P. 133 ~ 147, Ch.1C, reference #1). (The eight mathematical expressions of MRSRT are on P. 136 ~ 143 (Ch.1C, reference #1).

The newly established MRSRT has been systematically verified from multiple aspects (P. 145 ~ 146, 1.14.1, Ch.1C, reference #1).

The key to understanding of MRSRT: as long as you have known the greatest equation in the history of science, which is Einstein’s famous mass-energy equation (E = mc^2 or E0 = mc^2), you will easily accept MRSRT, because the fundamental foundation of MRSRT has revealed the mechanism behind the greatest equation (P. 114 ~ 118, 1.6, Ch.1B, reference #1). In other words, after knowing why mass has energy, you will easily understand of MRSRT.

The fundamentally profound significance of MRSRT: MRSRT solves the long-term unsolved fundamentally important problem of why time and space are variable thus relative in different inertial reference frames, for the first time in the history of physics and science.

The profound implications of MRSRT: (1) the principle of the Constancy of Velocity Scale embedded in MRSRT reveals and is the mechanism behind the first postulate of EPBSR (Note, EPBSR = Einstein’s postulate-based special relativity) that ‘the speed of light in a vacuum has the same value c in all inertial frames’ (P. 141 ~142, 1.12.2, Ch.1C, reference #1). (2) The principle of Constant Scale Ratio of Mass, Length and Time embedded in MRSRT reveals and is the mechanism behind the second postulate of EPBSR that ‘all the laws of physics have the same form in all inertial frames’ (P. 144 ~145, 1.13.2, Ch.1C, reference #1). In contrast, EPBSR is unable to reveal the mechanisms behind its two postulates; consequently, EPBSR merely knows how but unable to know why time and space are variable thus relative in different inertial reference frames.

The great applications of MRSRT: MRSRT is the fundamentally indispensable foundation for solving the fundamentally important problem of the Pioneer Anomaly (P. 517 ~ 530, Ch.5A, reference #1). MRSRT lays the fundamentally crucial foundation for solving the fundamentally important problem of dark matter (P. 541 ~ 567, 5.5 & 5.6, Ch.5B; 5.7, Ch.5C, reference #1).
